1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "269bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 269bet online betting and gaming platform accessible at 269bet.bet.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 269bet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player following successful registration on the 269bet platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds (or the bonus amount plus deposit amount) before those funds become withdrawable as real money.
• "Services" means all products and features offered on the 269bet platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games, and any other gaming or wagering content.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operational time zone of the 269bet platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on 269bet. This requirement is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. 269bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

269bet primarily serves players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 269bet platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 269bet makes no representation that its Services are legally available in all locations. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on 269bet if any of the following apply:

• You are under 21 years of age.
• You are a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 269bet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have previously had an Account closed by 269bet for breach of these Terms.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order on 269bet or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy bettor.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the 269bet registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change after registration. 269bet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on 269bet. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 269bet will close all duplicate Accounts upon discovery and may forfeit any balances or winnings associated with those Accounts. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. 269bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify 269bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

269bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 269bet's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

269bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Currency

All transactions on 269bet are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 269bet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion of foreign currency to BDT prior to deposit is the Player's sole responsibility and expense.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Payments section of the platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated by 269bet at any time with reasonable notice. As a general reference, the minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200 for standard mobile wallet transactions, though 269bet reserves the right to amend these limits.

4.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. 269bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or bank processing times outside of 269bet's control.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Approved withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within five minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. 269bet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed standard thresholds.

4.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

269bet may require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable financial regulations. Requests to withdraw to a different payment method may be subject to additional documentation requirements.

4.7 Transaction Fees

269bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, and 269bet accepts no responsibility for such charges. 5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 269bet system. Confirmation is displayed on-screen and recorded in your Account's bet history. 269bet does not accept verbal instructions, emails, or support messages as a means of placing bets. All bets must be placed through the Platform interface.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and games on 269bet. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface before a bet is placed and may vary by sport, event, market type, and game. 269bet reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Account at any time, including without prior notice, where 269bet determines that risk management or fair-play considerations require it.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect price, palpable human error in odds compilation, or a technical malfunction — 269bet reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. This applies whether the error was in 269bet's favour or in the Player's favour. A manifest error is defined as an error that would have been obvious to a reasonable person at the time of betting.

5.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, walkover, postponement beyond applicable settlement rules, market suspension due to data integrity concerns, or any other circumstance described in the specific rules for the relevant sport or game. Voided bets are returned to your Account Balance as a stake refund.

5.5 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to change, suspension, and removal without notice, reflecting real-time event developments. 269bet cannot guarantee the availability of any specific live market at any specific time. Bets placed on live markets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets and may additionally be subject to delay acceptance during critical match periods.

5.6 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — the following additional rules apply: a match must have a result recognised by the relevant governing body for bets to stand; in the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted result, the DLS result is used for settlement; abandoned matches with no official result will result in stakes being returned. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 269bet are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the relevant promotion; Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period will be removed from the Account automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

269bet reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings from any Player who 269bet reasonably determines has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement; providing false information to qualify for a promotion; and coordinated account activity between Players to exploit promotional offers.

6.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available for limited periods and may be amended or withdrawn at any time at 269bet's discretion. 269bet reserves the right to restrict or exclude specific Players from specific promotions based on eligibility criteria set for each offer. Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not available to Players who have been identified by 269bet as sharp bettors or bonus-hunters to a degree inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Our Commitment

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 269bet platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, funds withheld or forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the distribution of winnings.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption, including acting on insider information relating to the integrity of a sporting event.
• Money laundering or using 269bet as a vehicle to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of using the platform.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, including via the use of different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in a manner not intended by the platform.
• Any conduct that 269bet reasonably determines is harmful to the integrity of the platform, other Players, or third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 269bet platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, text, and data — is the property of 269bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the 269bet platform without the prior written consent of 269bet. Unauthorised use of 269bet's intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 269bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 269bet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

269bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 269bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

269bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 269bet applies industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information.

12. Amendments to These Terms

269bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 269bet will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Your continued use of the 269bet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the platform.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 269bet support team shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts, as determined by 269bet in accordance with its operational framework.
